A Little Bit About Us . . .

We are a 1,650 acre private resort community nestled in the rolling wooded hills of Hocking County, Ohio. We are located 43 miles southeast of the city of Columbus in south central Ohio.

Our community was developed in the early 1960’s primarily for recreation and now has more than 650 homes. About a third of our members live here full time.

The club has its own security force that provides 24 hour security to patrol 31 miles of road and assist our members and guest in emergencies.

Hide-Away-Hills is operated by a Board of Trustees, elected by the membership, serving without pay. Money to operate the club and its facilities is derived from assessments paid by each member.
